I was on the lookout for the perfect shade of foundation, and having tried all available brands like Lakme, Revlon, L'Oreal, Maybelline, etc (I do love these brands for other products!), I was still not satisfied with the shade. I always looked like a ghost in the shades that these brands had to offer to me. All possible foundations left a whitish cast on my dusky complexion. Then I decided to buy a foundation from MAC. Agreed, it is expensive, but it is worth every penny. Trust me. For the first time in my life, I could find a perfect shade for my complexion. I picked up NC45 shade and it looks natural on my face. It controls the oil on my face, gives a flawless finish, provides medium to heavy coverage…well, I can go on and on about this thing!
Pros: 
Controls oil on my (oily) face. Need to properly moisturise the face prior to application, or it makes the skin feel stretchy (Probably it is too good at oil-control…haha)
Provides medium coverage. Can be worn during the day also, without looking cakey or heavy. Coverage can be built up as per the need!
No need to wear concealer for small marks on the face (may be needed for heavy dark circles, though)
Looks fresh for 5-6 hours easily.
Sweat and water proof.
Spreads easily (though it dries very quickly, so you will need to work fast with it.)
Has SPF
Never broke me out.

Additional pump may be needed, although I have not bought it, and I have no problems till now.

Price. It is a tad too expensive for a foundation.
I am going to repurchase this till I find something even better. But till then, it is my HG foundation! Absolutely. It is my most favourite foundation ever!
